New, ultra-modern premises of the Rösler Academy inaugurated!

For more than 80 years, the Rösler Group has been setting international standards with solutions for surface treatment in the areas of mass finishing and shot blasting. The Rösler Academy was founded in 2016 as a central training centre in order to offer added value to customers and employees by imparting specialist knowledge. The practice-oriented advanced training program for mass finishing and shot blasting developed into a real hit within a very short time. So it quickly became clear that the existing premises were not up to the high demand. In 2019, the range of seminars included 50 German- and 14 English-language customer training courses, conducted by 17 specialist trainers with TÜV Rheinland-certified qualifications. In addition, there are various training and further education events for employees on topics such as occupational safety and security, communication, leadership and Business English. After approximately one year of construction, Rösler Oberflächentechnik GmbH has now inaugurated the new Rösler Academy domicile in Memmelsdorf. The three-storey new building offers 1,350 square meters of seminar and office space. State-of-the-art media, communication and building technology create an atmosphere that encourages pleasant learning and working.
