Terms and conditions

Booking, confirmation and invoicing
Please register at least 10 days before the seminar date. If space for a specific seminar is available, your booking will be binding. Please pay the participation fee within 14 days after receipt of our invoice. You will receive additional information by email together with our booking confirmation. All courses listed in this program take place in Memmelsdorf/Untermerzbach at the following address: Rösler Oberflächentechnik GmbH Rösler Academy Vorstadt 1 96190 Untermerzbach Germany PS: You can use our electric charging station free-of-charge. Upon special request the Rösler Academy also offers seminars at the customers‘ premises.

Participation fee
The participation fee includes lunch, refreshments and your Rösler Academy certificate. The fee does not include travel and accomodation expenses. Upon request, we can arrange your hotel booking. The listed prices do not include VAT.

Disclaimer
The Rösler Academy is not liable for any damage suffered by the participant, unless the damage is due to intent or gross negligence on the part of the Rösler Academy or its vicarious agents. The liability for injury to life, limb and health as well as for the violation of essential contractual obligations remain unaffected by this. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, liability shall be limited to the typically foreseeable damage. For your own protection, please bring safety shoes with you to each seminar that you will need for the tour of the company. The General Terms and Conditions of Rösler Oberflächentechnik GmbH apply, unless otherwise agreed upon in the seminar modalities.

Sending a replacement, changing a booking, cancellation
You can cancel your booking up to 28 days before the date of the training with a full refund of the participation fee. For cancellations from 27 to 14 days prior to the start of the seminar, 50% must be paid. After expiration of this deadline or in case of non-attendance of the participant, the entire participation becomes due. Of course, in case of sickness or other reasons you can send another person as substitute participant.

Changes
We reserve the right to make changes regarding the trainers and the course organization. Special regulations, which are caused by COVID-19, can be found under www.rosler-academy.com.
